Everybody loves a good Boerewors roll, saucy meat and just the perfect amount of spices and garnishing! In the Boerie creation the team gets the opportunity to really make their own boerewors from scratch.

We will supply the ready seasoned mince, the casings and the machines to produce a very delicious boerewors.

World Wide Cook-off

Cooking around the world is no easy feat. So many cultures, so many options and tantalising your every taste bud! Your team will cook a culinary feast from a country preselected for your team. World Wide Cook-Off has two recipes:

Recipe 1: Pre-Event: The Cook-Off presenter visit your company a week in advance of your event date. The teams are preselected and receives an envelope stating their country of origin on this pre-event visit. The teams then have a week to prepare mentally for the big cook-off event.

Their thought process needs to go into décor and how their food stall will be transformed from everyday ordinary to amazing with their Country. No décor may be bought, but every effort should be made to impress the judges on the day. Remember the devil is in the detail. Originality weigh heavily.

Big day event: The team meets at the selected venue for coffee and snacks. The briefing will enlighten the teams of the rules of engagement. Your team will receive your second envelope, containing a basic budget.

The team will have to go out to the nearest shopping centre to spend their budget and stock up the raw ingredients of their Country’s favourite dishes. Each team will have to prepare a combination of the following dishes, instructions will be provided: Main and a dessert or Starter and main

Recipe 2: Big day event: Your team meets us at the selected venue for coffee and snacks, where you receive your box of pre packed ingredients for the cook-off. During this stage your creative juices must flow to cook the best meal ever. Originality and creative food processing will be very helpful.

Shaken or Stirred

Have fun while creating your own cocktails or mocktails. Having a creative streak will help your team a lot in the mixology competition.

All the real professional equipment will be made available from shakers to umbrellas and even slices of fruit. Who knows the next vibrant cocktail might have your name on it…

Chef Extraordinaire

Creating the perfect dish is as easy as just adding the spices to the ingredients. Or so we were always told-Just adding a little bit of this and a little bit of that…Now honestly, what is this and that?

And how much is just a little bit? Join our Chef Extraordinaire class, where the masters will teach you how to combine spices that will work wonders for your meals. Blending spices is truly an art form. The Chef Extraordinaire programme has some interesting twists ands turns.

During the ice breaker activities, obviously cooking related, the teams will receive numbers according to their score for the activity. The teams gets to choose what dish they are going to prepare, winners gets first choice, followed by the runners up. Master Class: Spices! Preparing a three course meal is easy if you follow the recipe.

But what happens if you do not have a recipe and you do not know what you are getting in your mystery box?

With Mystery Chef each team needs to choose a mystery box filled to the brim with mouth watering ingredients.

With these ingredients, each team needs to prepare a three course meal. Add a glass of wine and we have a winner.

Potjie Cook-Off

Cooking The Best Potjie Ever and Potbrood is as simple as following the 3 step recipe for creating the perfect potjie:

Step 1: Put on your chefs’ hat and special apron, mix the ingredients together in a big black three-legged pot and the rest will take care of itself.

Step 2: Take a load off, pour yourself a glass of distinctly red or white,

Step 3: The only thing remaining now is to collect the prize for the BEST POTJIE EVER!

The Weakest Link Programme was designed to find the weakest link team, but more importantly highlight the strongest link team. The Weakest Link programme is an indoor entertainment programme focussed on having fun with your colleagues.

The group is divided into smaller teams competing against all other teams. The “show” consists of multiple rounds of general knowledge questions. The losing teams do not get sent away in typical weakest link mentality but are given the opportunity to get back in the game.

The Amazing Race has two race options: The real deal vehicle action or All out-venue action. Should you prefer the real deal vehicle action this one is for you: Remember the tale of the tortoise and the rabbit?

Now experience it for real! This programme will surely invigorate your team and set the scene for an absolute unforgettable team building!

The team needs to find their way to the venue by means of cryptic clues. Each cryptic clue leads to a check point. The team needs to find all the check points to move on to the next leg of the race.

For a comfortable race, the team will be using own transportation and only a maximum of four people to a vehicle.

Otherwise, if you are already at your venue: All out-venue action The team needs to find their way around the venue by means of cryptic clues. Each cryptic clue leads to a check point and an activity.
