Aptly called Target: Adventure, this adventure programme will leave you with spurts of adrenalin rushes! The programme closely resembles the ‘Camel Trophy’ of years past. The objective is to participate in as many adventure activities on the day as possible. Activities include archery, paintball war games, laser clay shooting, 4×4 driving and 4×4 Gymkhana. Each adventure challenge will earn you points to achieving the coveted prize of Target: Adventure team of the day. As with any adventure challenge there is the perceived and then the real challenge. The challenges are twisted to give the best output of adventure and adrenalin that anyone could cram into one day of full-out fun. The Robin Hood archery challenge provides the team with an opportunity to assist his/her team members to aim and shoot for maximum points. Capture the flag paintball challenge: Champions will be determined by the team that captures the flag of the opposing team with the least manpower lost. In the laser clay challenge the teams compete against each other to score as many points as possible during the various rounds of Rapid fire and skill shooting. Moving on to the 4×4 driving challenge, the teams will get a short introduction to driving a 4×4 vehicle with skill over true life obstacles including ascents, descents, reverse stalling and axle twisters. Last but not least the 4×4 driving continues with the Gymkhana event. The drivers will have to prove their newly acquired skill on the following challenge courses: 4×4 hockey, driving blind and traversing. This programme could be enjoyed by all as you do not need any previous shooting or 4×4 driving experience, only a valid drivers licence for the driving part of the challenge.
The non-licenced drivers will enjoy the 4×4 driving as well as they will be co-drivers and very importantly navigators over the obstacles and gymkhana events.
